Terms and Conditions
-Used Terms-
1. amercom.com.pl - a store offering online sales.
2. User - an adult with full activation and registration, who can purchase goods on the website.
3. Product - an item or other good listed by the store owner, which can be purchased using the store's sales system.
4. Seller - the store owner listing the goods.
5. Buyer - the person purchasing the item, goods, etc.

6. Supplier - the entity with which the Seller cooperates in the delivery of goods.
-General Provisions-
1. All transactions on the amercom.com.pl store are concluded in the Polish currency PLN or the European currency EUR.
2. The website may only be used by adults.
3. The Store offers online sales of illustrated magazines, books, DVDs containing educational materials, language courses, models, and accessories for children.
4. The Store is compatible with all available web browsers.
-Use of Accounts-
1. When a contract is concluded, i.e., an item is purchased through the amercom.com.pl portal, a confirmation email is generated and sent to the store owner and the buyer.
2. Any changes to address and contact details must be provided and updated by the user if they change.
3. We employ high-level security measures, and all data is stored in a database that meets privacy requirements and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
Only the store owner and authorized employees designated by them have access to the data; the data will not be shared with third parties.
For the purpose of shipping goods, address details are transferred to postal operators.
Customers can edit their data at any time after logging into their account in the store, and can also request the closure or deletion of their account by emailing prenumerata@amercom.com.pl.
Amermedia Sp. z o.o., ul. Janowiecka 94, 62-100 Wągrowiec, has been appointed as the Personal Data Controller. More information can be found in the Privacy Policy.
Order Fulfillment
1. After receiving information about a purchase made by the user in the store (this information is automatically generated by the store system) and confirming payment, store employees will prepare the goods as soon as possible and they will be shipped within 48 hours (no later than 7 business days). If the order cannot be fulfilled within the specified timeframe, the store will immediately refund the full amount paid by the customer to the bank account specified by the customer.
Depending on the shipping method selected (Polish Post), the delivery time from the date of shipment is a maximum of 10 business days.
2. All prices listed in the store are gross prices. The only additional costs added to the item price are shipping (or other additional fees if specified in the item description). The customer always receives a detailed summary of the final prices during the order fulfillment stage in the shopping cart before the order is finally confirmed and shipped. The store issues an invoice or receipt for each item sold in the store.
3. The Customer may choose the following payment methods for purchased Goods: bank transfer (payment should be made to the store details provided in the order summary, including the full amount specified). Cash on delivery, payment to the Supplier upon receipt of the goods.
4. A Customer who is a Consumer or an Entrepreneur with Consumer rights who has concluded a Sales Agreement may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason. Withdrawal from the agreement is subject to the general principles arising from the provisions on distance contracts. In the event of withdrawal, the agreement is considered null and void, and the buyer is released from any obligations. Returned goods must be delivered to the store address of Amermedia Sp. z o.o., ul. Na Miasteczku 12, 61-144 Poznań, along with a written declaration of withdrawal from the agreement. Upon receipt of the goods, the store will refund the purchase price in the amount paid by the buyer (using the same payment method used by the buyer). In accordance with the law, in the event of withdrawal from a distance contract, the buyer bears the cost of returning the goods to our store, while the store will refund the buyer for both the goods and the shipping costs. (The store will refund the buyer for the cheapest delivery method, regardless of the delivery method chosen by the buyer). Refunds to the buyer are made immediately upon receipt of the returned goods.
5. The Seller is liable for non-performance or improper performance of the contract, but in the case of contracts with a Customer who is an Entrepreneur, the Seller is liable only in the event of intentional damage and within the limits of the actual losses incurred by the Customer who is an Entrepreneur.
6. In the event of a complaint, the goods should be returned to: Amermedia Sp. z o.o., ul. Na Miasteczku 12, 61-144 Poznań.
7. Customer complaints are reviewed individually within 14 days of their submission.
8. All personal data collected are protected and used in accordance with the terms set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR) and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
-Final Provisions-
1. These Terms and Conditions come into effect on April 10, 2026.
2. Any non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions and Polish Law on user accounts may result in account suspension.
